A D2C label, scaled from launch to profit in 90 days
How Whistle Circle rebuilt the ad account, the creatives and the landing page so every rupee of spend could be traced to a real order.
Beautiful product. No system behind the ads.
Client Name makes hand-block-printed kurta sets for working women aged 25–40. The product sold well at exhibitions, but online orders depended on a few lucky posts.
They came to us with one goal: build a paid acquisition engine that brings orders every day, at a cost the margins can carry.
Four problems were eating the budget
Before we touched a campaign, we audited 6 months of account data. These were the leaks.
Tracking was broken
Pixel fired twice on purchase and CAPI was not set up, so Meta was optimising on fake numbers.
Audiences overlapped
Nine ad sets were bidding against each other for the same women in the same cities.
Creatives were tired
The same four product photos had run for months. Frequency was above 6 and CTR kept falling.
Landing page leaked
A slow product page with no size guide. 7 in 10 mobile visitors left before adding to cart.
Fix the base, then scale what works
"Clean data first, fresh creative every week, and a page that closes the sale."
